Housing Is More
Than a Roof Overhead.

Where someone lives shapes who they can become. At Red Door, we take that seriously — and we build our entire business around it.

Why We Do This

Every Door We Open Is
a Life We're Investing In

We didn't get into real estate to collect properties. We got into real estate because we believe that stable, quality housing is one of the most powerful forces for good in a person's life — and we wanted to be part of providing it.

Every property in the Red Door portfolio is chosen with this question in mind: Who does this house serve, and does our ownership of it make their life better? That question is not a footnote. It is the mandate.

The People Behind the Mission

We Build Housing for
Those Who Need It Most

The traditional housing market has left too many people behind. We show up in the gaps — and we stay.

🤝

Sober Living

Stable housing is one of the most powerful predictors of lasting recovery. Individuals rebuilding their lives need more than a place to sleep — they need a structured, supportive community that holds them accountable and treats them with dignity.

Our co-living homes are purpose-built for sober living operators — private bedrooms, shared common spaces, in-unit laundry, and proximity to outpatient treatment centers and community anchors. We work directly with licensed sober living operators and recovery housing networks to fill our homes with the right residents through trusted placement relationships.

🏗️

Workforce Housing

Traveling nurses, contract workers, and essential professionals keep San Antonio running — and they deserve quality housing that works on their schedule, not ours. The mid-term rental gap is real, and the workforce that fills our hospitals and job sites feels it every rotation.

Through our PadSplit co-living program and furnished mid-term rentals, we provide affordable, flexible housing near the hospitals, universities, and employers that anchor San Antonio's economy. No 12-month leases. No surprise fees. Just clean, managed housing for the people who make the city work.

Our Foundation

Generosity Built In.
Not Added at the End.

We are a faith-driven organization — and that faith shapes everything about how we do business. Not just which causes we support, but the standard of care we hold ourselves to in every property, every transaction, and every tenant relationship.

We believe we are stewards, not owners. What we've been given — the capital, the properties, the platform — carries a responsibility to deploy it in a way that reflects the values we hold. Generosity isn't what we do with the profit. It's built into the model from the start.

Community impact isn't a marketing message at Red Door. It's the reason we get up in the morning and the standard we hold ourselves to when nobody is watching.

"We are not in the real estate business. We are in the people business — and real estate is how we serve them."

Faith and community — Red Door Investments
Our Approach

Impact Is a Process,
Not a Press Release

Here's how the Red Door model creates lasting community change — not just occupancy.

1

Acquire with Purpose

Every property we buy is evaluated not just on its financial returns but on its potential to serve a community need. Location, size, and layout are chosen with specific resident populations in mind.

2

Renovate to a Standard

We renovate every property to a quality we'd want for our own family — because the people who live in our homes deserve dignity in their space, not charity in their conditions.

3

Partner for Placement

We build relationships with sober living operators, PadSplit coordinators, workforce housing organizations, and community nonprofits — so our housing reaches the people it was designed to serve, and stays full through trusted referral networks.

Are You a Community
Organization We Should Know?

If your organization places sober living residents, connects workforce housing professionals, or partners with co-living operators — and you believe in the power of stable housing to change outcomes — we want to build a placement relationship with you. Our properties need mission-aligned partners. Your clients need quality housing. Let's talk.
