Housing Is More
Than a Roof Overhead.

Where someone lives shapes who they can become. At Red Door, we take that seriously — and we build our entire business around it.

Why We Do This

Every Door We Open Is
a Life We're Investing In

We didn't get into real estate to collect properties. We got into real estate because we believe that stable, quality housing is one of the most powerful forces for good in a person's life — and we wanted to be part of providing it.

Every property in the Red Door portfolio is chosen with this question in mind: Who does this house serve, and does our ownership of it make their life better? That question is not a footnote. It is the mandate.

The People Behind the Mission

We Build Housing for
Those Who Need It Most

The traditional housing market has left too many people behind. We show up in the gaps — and we stay.

🎖

Veterans

Men and women who served our country deserve to come home — in every sense of the word. Veterans transitioning out of military service face a housing gap that the private market rarely fills well. We fill it.

Our co-living communities are designed with veterans in mind — private space, community structure, and management that understands their journey. We partner with veteran service organizations to ensure our properties reach the people who need them.

🌱

Foster Youth Aging Out

At 18, thousands of young adults leave the foster care system every year with no family safety net, no housing history, and nowhere to go. The statistics for this population are heartbreaking — and largely preventable.

Threadneedle Lane, our active renovation, is being built specifically with this population in mind. Our vision: affordable, stable housing with community support for young adults who deserve a real beginning.

🏡

Seniors

Seniors deserve to age with dignity — in quality housing, in safe neighborhoods, at rent they can actually afford. The market too often treats them as a burden to be managed rather than a generation to be honored.

At Red Door, we serve seniors through our affordable co-living model — providing maintenance-free living with the community connection that isolation often steals from older residents. This population has given much. Our housing reflects that.

💙

Behavioral Health Candidates

Stable housing is one of the most evidence-based predictors of successful behavioral health recovery. Individuals navigating mental health challenges, addiction recovery, or reintegration into community life need housing that is safe, structured, and compassionate.

Sunfarm — our second active renovation — is being designed with these residents in mind. We partner with local service providers to ensure our housing is integrated with the support systems that make it work.

Our Foundation

Generosity Built In.
Not Added at the End.

We are a faith-driven organization — and that faith shapes everything about how we do business. Not just which causes we support, but the standard of care we hold ourselves to in every property, every transaction, and every tenant relationship.

We believe we are stewards, not owners. What we've been given — the capital, the properties, the platform — carries a responsibility to deploy it in a way that reflects the values we hold. Generosity isn't what we do with the profit. It's built into the model from the start.

Community impact isn't a marketing message at Red Door. It's the reason we get up in the morning and the standard we hold ourselves to when nobody is watching.

"We are not in the real estate business. We are in the people business — and real estate is how we serve them."

Faith and community — Red Door Investments
Our Approach

Impact Is a Process,
Not a Press Release

Here's how the Red Door model creates lasting community change — not just occupancy.

1

Acquire with Purpose

Every property we buy is evaluated not just on its financial returns but on its potential to serve a community need. Location, size, and layout are chosen with specific resident populations in mind.

2

Renovate to a Standard

We renovate every property to a quality we'd want for our own family — because the people who live in our homes deserve dignity in their space, not charity in their conditions.

3

Partner for Placement

We build relationships with veteran service organizations, foster care agencies, behavioral health providers, and senior advocacy groups — so our housing reaches the people it was designed to serve.
