We provide safe, furnished, move-in-ready housing for the people your organization serves — veterans, behavioral health patients, foster youth transitioning out, and essential workers who need a stable foundation to rebuild.
We specifically design our co-living communities to serve populations that traditional landlords often turn away. Our properties are safe, dignified, and built around community — not just occupancy.
Transitioning service members and veterans navigating housing instability. We provide structure, community, and stability during the transition.
Individuals in recovery or post-treatment who need stable, supportive housing to sustain their progress and avoid relapse.
Young adults aging out of the foster care system who need a safe first home as they build independence and life skills.
Older adults who need safe, affordable housing after life transitions — downsizing, recovery, or relocating to be near family.
Traveling nurses, healthcare professionals, and workers on assignment who need furnished, flexible housing near their workplace.
Domestic violence survivors rebuilding their lives who need safe housing with flexible terms and no long-term commitment required.
We make it as easy as possible for your case managers and counselors to connect clients with housing. No long applications, no credit gatekeeping, no bureaucratic delays.
Your case manager identifies a client who needs stable, furnished housing. You contact us with a brief overview of their situation and timeline. No paperwork required at this stage.
We review current unit availability, assess fit for the co-living community, and respond within 24–48 hours with options. We work with your timeline, not against it.
Fully furnished. Utilities included. WiFi ready. We handle the lease, the onboarding, and ongoing support. Your client has a home. You can focus on what you do best.
"We don't just fill beds. We build communities where our residents have a real chance to stabilize, heal, and grow — and your referral makes that possible."
— Kelly Bailey, Co-Owner & Operations Manager, Red Door InvestmentsEvery Red Door co-living unit is designed so your client can walk in with nothing but a bag and immediately feel at home. We remove every barrier to a successful placement.
We treat every partner organization the way we treat our residents — with respect, responsiveness, and a commitment to doing what we said we'd do.
Our current co-living communities are located in San Antonio's historic Alta Vista and Monte Vista neighborhoods — close to medical centers, public transit, social services, and downtown employment.

A historic neighborhood with tree-lined streets, close to UTSA, downtown San Antonio, and multiple VA and healthcare facilities.
We're actively acquiring additional units across San Antonio. If we don't have availability today, we will soon. Get on our partner list and we'll notify you as new units come online.
Red Door Investments was built on a simple belief: that the way you steward resources — including housing — is a reflection of your values. We are a faith-driven company, and that means generosity and service aren't add-ons to our business model. They're the reason we exist.
We partner with organizations who share this conviction — that every person deserves dignity, stability, and a real chance. If that's your mission too, we want to work with you.
