Matt and Kelly Bailey are a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in operational leadership — decades in retail, home health care, and business development. But underneath all of it was a consistent pull toward something more purposeful.
When the opportunity came to go all-in on real estate, they didn't just ask "how do we make money?" They asked, "who do we want to serve, and how do we do it right?"
