Along the way, we've housed traveling healthcare professionals, veterans building new lives, working adults seeking a fresh start, and seniors who deserve to age with grace and stability.

Red Door Investments is led by two people who believe what they do with real estate is an extension of who they are called to be.
Matt brings 30 years of business leadership into every deal he pursues — including a decade managing $500M+ retail districts for Best Buy and years scaling a furniture brand from $40M to $200M in revenue. He also spent nearly a decade as the owner of a home health care business, serving seniors and the disabled with the same heart he brings to housing.
Matt leads acquisitions, creative finance structuring, and the strategic vision for Red Door Investments. He is wired to compete, to build, and to win — but he defines winning as creating something that matters. His faith drives every decision.
Kelly is the operational engine behind Red Door Investments — the person who turns vision into reality and keeps every property, process, and tenant relationship running at a standard she would want for her own family. Her background spans years as a General Manager and National Commercial Business Development Manager at Living Spaces, where she built and led large teams across multiple locations.
She manages day-to-day property operations, tenant relations, contractor oversight, and the staging and design that sets Red Door properties apart. Her empathy, precision, and drive to serve make every resident feel that someone is genuinely looking out for them.
